Victorian Turquoise & Pearl Witch's Heart Brooch miniature I initially thought it wasDATE: Victorian, c. 1870 **RESERVED** A beautiful Victorian witch's heart brooch dating from the latter half of the 19th century, circa 1870. It's set with alternating natural pearls and turquoise cabochons, lightly graduated towards the base which ends in a scrolled flourish. The Witch's Heart was a popular motif throughout the Georgian and early Victorian eras, the witches heart features a curved point at the bottom, and implied that the giver had
