Plugs directly into BP 173x battery pack. Charges the BP 173x battery pack fully in 8 hours. Worldwide input 100 240VAC. Output 12VDC @ 200mA. Direct plug in charge rate = 200mA per hour. Charge rate thru radio = approximately 75mA per hour.
