It's fully strung with natural seed pearls and 19 individual gemstone drops including: blue sapphire cabochon

The cherub is finely enamelled and slightly domed to exaggerate its 3D appearance

most likely Dutch due to it's two principal design motifs: windmills and ships

The band is crafted in 15k gold and dates from the late Victorian period, circa 1880.
