The goal was to merge their signature soft, juicy, and hazy style with Omnipollos own philosophy around hops and malt. Showcasing a blend of American and New Zealand hops like Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Riwaka. The result is a pillowy double IPA filled with layers of tropical fruit and citrus, combining Willow Parks approach with
