Domaine Christophe Mittnacht 'Gyotaku' Alsace, 2024 Imperial with a dash of MerlotThis wine is made of 45% Pinot Blanc, 23% Pinot Gris, 16% Gewurztraminer, 8% Riesling, and 8% Muscat. Gyotaku is a traditional Japanese art form created by pressing paper onto a fish covered in ink. The grapes are farmed biodynamically, and grow from 30+ year old vines on clay and limestone soil, for a boost of minerality.
