Henri Prudhon & Fils 'En Jorcul' Bourgogne Blanc, 2023 dry riesling and aged in large SlavonianThis wine is made of 100% Chardonnay. Fermented and aged in used barrels as to avoid muting the Chardonnay's minerality. The wine also strikes a nice balance betweeen fruit and acidity, making for a mouthwatering sip every time. We would pair this with halibut, steamed broccolini, and oyster mushrooms in a beurre blanc sauce. Domaine Henri Prudhon is situated at the southern end of the Cte de Beaune, and has been around for 80 years.
