All of our braces feature smart leather ends and are fully adjustable, both the front and the back. The adjustable back is especially important for allowing the proper placement of the back yoke at the shoulder blades, which prevents the braces from sliding down the shoulders. For braces with black leather ends, we recommend applying a leather protector spray
