Septone Primer Surfacer 1L Panasonic anti-corrosive finish that is attractivePrimer Surfacer is a fast drying single pack primer surfacer designed for spot and panel repairs to motor vehicles and for complete resprays of motor vehicles with enamel or acrylic lacquers. It exhibits excellent build and sanding properties, with excellent adhesion to bare metal and good holdout under enamels and acrylic lacquers. Primer Surfacer may be applied to bare steel for small areas, but an initial coat of Septone Etch primer is recommended.
