Lise et Bertrand Jousset Exile VDF Petillant, 2022 yolo zippy wild strawberry and someThis Pet Nat is made from equal parts Chenin Blanc and Colombard. The grapes are cofermented until the juice reaches 17 g L of residual sugar. There is a second fermentation done in bottle. It is creamy and juicy with tons of acidity and makes a perfect pairing with a hot honey or spicy chicken sandwich.
