It has raised leaves of strawberry, strawberries and white flowers. The colors are creamy white, pink, shades of green, yellow and brown. Circa 1890 1905 Measures 8 Condition: There is some typical, age related crazing present and some wear around the backside of the plate and one 1 1 2" very tight hairline as shown. Marked: as shown with impressed 13 and black mark that I cannot make out BLOG:
