Both items are silver plated throughout. The lids of each item are adorned with roses on a gleaming background the makers named Linen. Both mirrors give good clear reflections. The original pouch, puff and sifter are present. The catches and hinges work exactly as they should. The case is lined with royal blue material. The lid is emblazoned with the Stratton signature in gilt
