The knee length "dress" or top is actually scooped and slashed to the waist at the sides, it comes to a point at the front and back. The dress top has a round neck and butterfly sleeves slashed to the shoulder. Shoulders are trimmed with three black buttons and loops decorative only. The waist was once elasticised but the elastic has stretched, so you would probably want to wear it with
