Shirred silk with a single row of openwork is embellished with green ostrich feathers, needle lace, silk ribbons and a blue ribbonwork flower. The ostrich feathers are sandwiched between a top layer of needle lace and a bottom layer of net lace. No lining; no label. Measures 24". Silk ribbons are about 21" long.
