This 1940s inspired knee length dress has padded structured shoulders, extravagant bishop sleeves, a v neckline, pearl buttoned cuffs, and a sash around the waist. The fabric is Wool Dobby (much like a chiffon) so its incredibly light, airy, and unbelievably
