It was signed "CHARLES JOURDAN" in the bottom right hand corner, but it unfortunately came off at the dry cleaners. It is guaranteed to be authentic. It measures 52" x 52". There is one pull and a some minor wear to the edges, but it's otherwise in very good condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear.
