BEERENAUSLESE 2018 Rosé made from Cabernet SauvignonThis wonderful, noble sweet Beerenauslese was pressed from overripe and noble rotten grapes of the Muskat Ottonel variety. The fermentation and aging took place in stainless steel tanks in favor of the fruitiness of the wine. Light colour, nuanced bouquet, aniseed, grapey notes, rock candy, fruity caramel, balanced residual sweetness (tasted by Willi Balanjuk, A la Cart)
