Aroma: Fruity, tart quince with nuances of mustard pickle and slightly lactic notes of fresh whey. Taste: Vegetal, greenish, with hints of cucumber. Soft notes reminiscent of buttermilk. Fine acidity and fruity quince on the finish. Recommendation: Trout with lukewarm potato or cucumber
